Staff seem to always be around to provide help. They're quite good with understanding barbecuing. In terms of value I'd rather wait for a sale, as most of the items are overpriced for the quality.

Staff are looking totally unmotivated to sell and not enough familiar with financing part. The store has less barbecue accessories than other stores. Went there only because I live close by but it's probably my last time.

Good customer service is considered to be worth its weight in gold, due to being rare in this day and age. Barbeques Galore has done a great deal in maintaining this scarcity.The service and attention to detail demonstrated by the staff in the store provides a perfect example to your competitors of how not to conduct sales.

I went in there looking for a new smoker, I was promptly greeted by grace, a lovely, knowledgeable staff member that instantly was able to assist and complete the sale.She is an asset to this store, and one of the reasons that I keep going back.Each and every time I'm in the store, I never leave unattended, or without all my questions being answered.Thanks a Bunch for your service Grace, I cant wait to come collect my new Kamado Joe :)Thanks again, Matt

Excellent service!I did an online order with pick up in store. My goods were ready 2h after I placed the order and John helped me carrying the stuff to the car... I deeply appreciate that as I had my 3 kids with me so helpful staff really makes a big difference on my day.Definitely recommend it!

Mind blowing customer service! Keith was an absolute legend in helping us find the perfect barbeque... we walked in unsure about what we wanted, and left a couple hours later with a Kamado Joe, committed to the charcoal grill lifestyle! Grilled 3 days in a row this weekend. Couldn't be happier with our purchase and the staff for being so patient and informative in helping us decide. Even though we live close to the Osborne Park store, we prefer to come to here for ongoing supplies because of the awesome staff! Thanks guys!

Great service from staff (Stuart)had warranty claims on my kamado joe and there was No problem at all. I recommend buying a kamado joe the warranty is awesome. The hinge, internal ceramics, and charcoal grate were all replaced and I've had mine just on 5 years now.Thanks

Didn't have general wood used in pizza ovens. But had a vast selection of coals and kindling. Not bad
