Grill store

I was looking to find the grill to replace on my webber traveller bbq. I spoke to multiple different bbq stores and was turned away many times saying that you cannot purchase that part as a replacement part. Unfortunately outdoor chef couldn't sell me the part as it didn't exist as a standalone part. They took the part off an existing product and gave me the part free of charge and made sure I was aware that it was given to me out of goodwill to help a fellow Aussie out for Aussie day. I then needed a gas regulator for specifically the traveller bbq. The owner of the shop then let me borrow one just to get the BBQ going on australia day as it was the next day and parts were extremly hard to come by even if ordered let alone same day. I left the shop with everything I needed and ended up purchasing extra gear because the store owner was so experienced, friendly and prompt about the buisness he was running. Absolute legend of a person and highly experienced in the industry. Would highly recommend this shop for value, expertise and fast service.

The butler store actually assists beats the other stores that I experienced; very polite and knowledgeable of the products they sell. Well worth travelling a bit out of your normal run.

I bought a BBQ from these guys and unfortunately it only lasted 2 weeks before it had problems and was unusable. This is not what the review is about though, the 5-Stars is for the customer service that I received after the BBQ failed. Craig at the Weber Store and Jack at Weber Customer Service phone line were great and went out of their way to make the refund and exchange very easy. Highly recommend giving the Weber store a go, great range and amazing customer service.
