Barbeques Galore Myaree

Got served by a few different staff there, they all wonderful. Very friendly, helpful and honest. We live near Cannington but happy to drive to Myaree store :)

Annoyingly they don't use the SafeWA QR code. They use an in-house version that takes you to their website so starts the email/SMS spamming.No paper sign on is available.The service is friendly and knows their products well. Helpful advice and good value products.Pity their marketing execs seem to have studied under Dilbert.

I was looking for a Traeger Timberline and the staff were so helpful and gave just the perfect guidance. Not pushy just completely helpful. Thanks to the Myaree Store

Very helpful ordering the thing I wanted and being in contact, etc.Great service over the phone, getting an item in and helping me.Only complaint is I was in store picking up my item I was clearly interested in the newly released Trager, been waiting for the new model to come in for a while now. Sales assistant didn't really help at all, acknowledged my comments and had a short discussion but had no desire to help or sell in anyway.It felt like when I was talking/enquiring he was trying to run away.Item is expensive at $8000, possibly because I was dressed very poorly he blew me off. With a bit of customer service (and an upsell as I wanted the slightly smaller version) he would have sold this to me.I'm writing this review as I was either judged on my appearance or had poor service. I would have purchased the item with some help, its worth management knowing what happened.I usually shop online and this experience has reinforced that.Other than that though they did great, hence the 5 stars.

Just picked up a new ziggy with a new gas canister, but had to wait more than 1 hour for the canister to get filled. Asked a Judy" at the counter 30mins after we were last told "10 mins more" and was treated rudely. Appreciate that it's the holiday rush but rather appalled by the customer service."

Such great customer service! Although the staff seemed busy with a few tricky orders (mine included!) Bonnie was very attentive - although she was new and needed to ask for help a few times - and very helpful and friendly. As was the lady in charge (Tracey, I think it might have been?). They sorted the order to come from another store as they didn't have stock and Tracey helped me by loading the rest of my order into my car. You don't often get such great service so would definitely come back here for future purchases.
