The Outdoor Chef | Perth Weber Store

I was looking to find the grill to replace on my webber traveller bbq. I spoke to multiple different bbq stores and was turned away many times saying that you cannot purchase that part as a replacement part. Unfortunately outdoor chef couldn't sell me the part as it didn't exist as a standalone part. They took the part off an existing product and gave me the part free of charge and made sure I was aware that it was given to me out of goodwill to help a fellow Aussie out for Aussie day. I then needed a gas regulator for specifically the traveller bbq. The owner of the shop then let me borrow one just to get the BBQ going on australia day as it was the next day and parts were extremly hard to come by even if ordered let alone same day. I left the shop with everything I needed and ended up purchasing extra gear because the store owner was so experienced, friendly and prompt about the buisness he was running. Absolute legend of a person and highly experienced in the industry. Would highly recommend this shop for value, expertise and fast service.

I went to the store in Joondalup and noticed that they had a Weber Genesis II LP E-355 on display. The moment I saw it I wanted it and Shane Dobbs at Osborne Park was happy to knock a bit of the full price with free delivery included.When my BBQ turned up after 5pm, which is also a convenient as I work during the week the delivery driver was happy to take it up the stairs.Just be warned that the box is 90 KG and it took me at least a day to put it all together with the help of the BILT software app. I recommend this APP as it makes assembly of the Weber Genesis II LP E-355 much easier to do. You could pay for someone to do it, but I am a bit of a DIY person and like to do things myself. Turnout just like in store model and not a dodgy bird house that some would come to expect.

Great selection of bbq and cooking accessories including smoking woods, rubs and books. Some beautiful outdoor firepits and furniture available also.

Very helpful gentleman there. He explained the differences with the various barbecues and was very patient with our questions. Great range of barbeques and accessories. If you want to buy a Weber that's the place to go.

Excellent Service. Two days before Australia Day. Very busy and one staff member down but service was the best. I was also only after a part for my BBQ so not a possible sale.

Easy going advice, ran over some ideas to think about when installing and what to install. Very helpful in what Weber accessories would and wouldn't be needed. Took a sensible approach in getting hold of the barbecue on short notice and was happy to discuss the finer points of how to get the best out of the product. Will happily be going back for accessories and other items.
